Through no fault of his own, Digger is in need of a new foster home — and ultimately, a loving family to call his own. ❤️

This sweet senior has been through more than any pup should. Abandoned with another dog... attacked by neighborhood dogs... even shot at. 💔 He watched his best buddy get adopted while he was left behind, wondering what would come next.

Thankfully, @ffrnyc stepped in and gave him the warmth and safety he's always deserved.

Now? Digger is soaking up love, sunshine, and soft beds like a pro. He's calm, affectionate, and happiest just being near his humans. 🐶💕 He enjoys peaceful strolls, quiet moments, and sunny spots — the definition of a cozy couch potato.

Digger prefers smaller dogs (he grew up with one!), but mostly he just wants his space and a calm environment to feel safe. At 9 years young, he's ready to spend his golden years with someone who values the slow, sweet life.

🐾Meet Frank aka Big Handsome 🐾

Currently in New York – Originally from South Carolina

In January 2024, Frank was found in rough shape—abandoned and neglected in a breed-restricted apartment complex in Greenville, SC. What followed were 18 months of heartbreak, healing, and hope.

His incredible finders stepped up, got him medical attention, and stuck by him through not one, but two rounds of heartworm treatment. Then, just when things were looking up, a traumatic encounter with another dog nearly sent him to a kill shelter.

But fate had other plans. 🙏

The rescue brought Frank up to New York, paired him with a trainer, and gave him what every dog deserves—a real chance. 💪

And now? Frank isn't just surviving—he's thriving.

• 💙 Once fearful of other dogs, he's now learning to coexist
• 👶 Adores kids and thrives around children
• 🏠 House-trained, loyal, affectionate, and ready to be someone's shadow
• 🐕 Still working on trusting other pups, but making amazing progress

Frank is 3 years old and ready to finally settle down with a family who will love him for the rest of his days.
